The Chilton Christian Academy defense held visiting Calvary scoreless in the first period on Friday and never let up in a 41-21 win.
The Patriots (8-9, 4-3 conference) led 13-0 after one quarter and methodically increased the edge over the next three quarters.
The Watchmen didn’t score until Jonathan Stephens sunk a free throw with 4:33 left in the second quarter.
The win gives CCA second place in the South Conference Area A and the right to host a first-round playoff game.
Kendrick Gamble led Calvary with seven points.
Chilton’s Zac Pierce led all scorers with 19 points, and both Zach Brown and Tim Harris chipped in six points.
