Emmare Hand Blow, 87, of Clanton died Monday, Jan. 5, at Chilton Medical Center, Clanton.
She was born on Thursday, Feb. 3, 1921 in Chilton County, daughter of the late O.C. Hand and the late Eliza Jane Johnson.
Surviving are her son, Charles (Marcia) Blow of Jemison; daughter, Janie Headley of Clanton; seven grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
Friends will be received from 5-8 p.m., today, Jan. 7, at Martin Funeral Home Chapel. Services will be held Thursday, Jan. 8, at 11 a.m. at Martin Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Kalvin Smitherman and the Rev. Doug Powell officiating. Interment will follow in Bell Lane Baptist Cemetery.
