The Chilton County Circuit Clerk’s office among others will be closed for the Christmas holiday from today through Friday.

Circuit Clerk Glenn McGriff said the office will reopen for regular business on Monday following the holiday.

Post offices in Chilton County, however, will be working regular hours today. Clanton and Maplesville will be open from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. as usual. They will be closed for the lunch hour. Jemison and Thorsby will be open until noon today.

All post offices will resume normal operations on Friday.
