Virginia B. Hamilton, 75, of Clanton died Wednesday, Dec. 17, at Hatley Health Care, Clanton.
She was born on Saturday, Dec. 24, 1932 in Alabama, daughter of the late Henry N. Beasley and the late Lela Glass Beasley. She was a homemaker.
Surviving are her son, Mr. Johnny E. (Judy) Hamilton of Thorsby; four grandsons, Mr. Shannon Hamilton of Thorsby, Mr. Tommy Hamilton of Thorsby, Mr. Adam Hamilton of Thorsby, Mr. Steve Hamilton of Thorsby; granddaughter, Mrs. Lynn Headley of Thorsby; 11 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Hamilton, and son, Wayne Hamilton.
Friends will be received from noon to 1 p.m., today, Dec. 19, at Martin Funeral Home. Services will be held Friday, Dec. 19, at 1 p.m. at Martin Funeral Home with the Rev. Mark Hodges officiating. Interment will follow in Thorsby Memory Gardens, Thorsby.
