William Ronald “Chip” Hay, 61, of Clanton died Monday, Dec. 15 at Shelby Baptist Medical Center in Alabaster.
He was born on Saturday, May 31, 1947 in Alabama, son of the late William Henry Hay and the late Willie Merle Lockhart Hay.
He was an Insurance Salesman.
Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Margie Hay of Clanton; son, Mr. Greg Parker of Auburn; two daughters, Mrs. Lisa Parker Kidd of Douglasville, Ga., Mrs. Tera Hay Ensio of Tucson, Az; seven grandchildren; sister, Mrs. Donna Poole of Clanton.
Friends will be received from 5-8 today, Wednesday, Dec. 17 at at Highland Baptist Church.
Services will be held Thursday, Dec. 18 at 11 a.m. at Highland Baptist Church with the Rev. Robert Griffin officiating.
Interment will follow in Highland Baptist Cemetery in Clanton.
