When Chilton County’s revenue commissioner takes office in 2015, or perhaps sooner depending on whether one of Chilton County’s two newly-elected tax officials, the tax assessor or tax collector, does not finish out his term, he (or she) will have his work cut out for him.

The revenue commissioner will need to organize the consolidated offices in a way that ensures efficiency, accuracy and flow as documents make their way through the Chilton County Courthouse.

One thing that will be a big help to the commissioner is the Web site, www.chiltoncountyrevenue.com, which is a huge convenience to taxpayers as well as office workers.

Considering this, who knows what other conveniences we will have by 2015.
