Funeral services for Mr. Joseph Lee Postell Sr. will be held on Sunday, Dec. 7, at 1 p.m. at United AME Church in Verbena. Burial will follow in the churchyard cemetery.

He leaves to cherish his memories: a devoted wife: Mrs. Ruth Postell; three sons: Anthony (Sarita), Avery (Wilnet) and Joseph Jr.; two daughters: Angela (Eddie-deceased) and Onajunita (Chris); brothers: Clifford (Irma), Walter (Beverly) and Douglas (Paulette); sisters: Annie Dianne Caver and Linda Wright; mother-in-law: Hattie Aikens; sisters-in-law: Barbara (Larry) and Mamie Lindsey; brother-in-law: James Lindsey; grandchildren: Shawn (Bonnie); Anthony Jr., Chambraya DeJarnett (John), William, Dominique, LaQuona, Tyree, Regina, Aryanna, Alyna, Alex, Jonathan, Joshua and Jada; great-grandchildren: Nayia, Micah and Nyzaiah; and devoted friend: Reginald Williams.
