Ronald “Ronnie” Wayne Smith, 55, of Billingsley died Tuesday, Dec. 2 at his residence.
He was born on Friday, Nov. 13, 1953 in Chilton County, son of the late Willie Smith and the late Gurthie Davis Smith.
He was a Roofer.
Surviving are his wife, Martha Smith of Billingsley; 3 sons, Andy (Nicole) Smith of Clanton, Jonathan (Melissa) Smith of Clanton, William (Jennifer) Simmons of Clanton; grandchildren, Nathan, Willie, Kacey, Todd, Bradan, Savannah, Taylor, Mark, Brad and Josh; a host of nieces, nephews and friends; sister, Linda (Kent) Knight of Clanton; 3 brothers, Terry Smith of Clanton, Edward (Diane) Smith of Prattville, Jimmy (Diane) Smith of Clanton.
Services will be held Thursday, Dec. 4, at 11 a.m. at Martin Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Calvin Smitherman officiating.
Interment will follow in Chestnut Creek Baptist Cemetery in Verbena.
