Funeral services for Mr. James Floyd Edwards, 87, of Verbena will be Wednesday, Dec. 3 at noon from Flint Hill Baptist Church in Verbena. Interment Agee Memory Gardens Agee Brother’s Funeral Home directing.
He leaves to cherish his memory five children, Thomas James Edwards of Maplesville, Marcaret L. Jackson of Birmingham, Sarah A. Martin of Clanton, Roberta Thomas of Birmingham and Robert Earl Edwards of Jacksonville, Ariz.; one step-son, Charles (Linda) Wilson of Birmingham; one sister Eddie Lee Whetstone of Scott, Ariz.; eight grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; one sister-in-law, Margarvt Edwards of Gadsden; one aunt, Ella Ree Childress; a devoted friend Mammie Lee Tyus and a hosts of cousins and friends.
