Charles Edward Binion was born on June 26, 1946 to the late Mr. Robert Binion and Mrs. Corine Binion.
Mr. Binion departed this life on Wednesday Nov. 19 at his home in Clanton.
He leaves to cherish a loving wife, Mrs. Margrett Elizabeth Binion; two children, Charlette Binion and Deniqua Ware; four step children, Betty Robinson, Derrick Williams, Victor Williams, Gwendolyn (John) Wright all of Clanton; ten sister, Ivory (Kenneth) Minor, Mary (Raleigh) Flemming, Estella Thompson, Roseda (Kenny) Gardner, Dorothy Rasdell, Celestorine (Carl) Phillips, Willie Dean James, Bessie (Jackie) Campbell, Irino (David) Smitherman and Mamie (Charlie) Jones; three brothers, Calvin (Jessie) Binion, Robert Jr. (Lucy) Binion and the late Oscar “B Grady” “Ben” Binion; three grandchildren; a host of nieces and nephews and a special friend, Mr. Leroy Varner.
Family hour will be held on Sunday Nov. 23 from 6 p.m. until 7 p.m.
Funeral service will be held at Union Baptist Church in Clanton on Monday Nov. 24 at 1 p.m.
Burial will follow at Old Kingston Cemetery in Brown Town.
