Miriam Jeanette Mims, 78, of Clanton died Oct. 24 at Hatley Health Care in Clanton.
She was born on June 4, 1930, in Chilton County, daughter of the late William Henry Wyatt and the late Hattie Bell Robinson.
She was a homemaker.
Surviving are her husband, Mr. Hilman Mims of Clanton; two sons, Mr. Roger Mims of Clanton and Mr. Keith Mims of Clanton; four grandchildren; one step-grandson and two great-grandchildren.
Friends will be received from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. today prior to the service.
Services will be held at 3 p.m. today at Martin Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Doug Powell and the Rev. John William Wyatt officiating.
Interment will follow in Concord Baptist Cemetery in Clanton.
