Mary Jane Sherman, 71, of Clanton died Friday, Oct. 10.
She was born in New York and was the daughter to Mr. Albert Schonbeck and Mrs. Tessie Alley Schonbeck. Her career was spent as an employee of the City of Battle Creek, Mich.
Survivors include her sons, John Wilmer of Grand Rapids, Mich., Jim (Tracy) Wilmer of Grand Rapids, Mich., David (Julie) Pfauth of Charlotte, Mich., Mike (Michelle) Pfauth of Raleigh, NC; daughter, Mary (Dennis) Loncaric of Panama City, Fla.; 10 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren; and her dog and faithful companion, Pepper.
Charter Funeral Home in Calera handled the arrangements.
