Alexa Grace “Lexie” Deavers turned 1 year old Sept. 13.

Lexie celebrated her first birthday with a princess and castle theme party held at Union Grove Baptist Church in Jemison. Her dad and mom served lunch to all of her guests followed by homemade ice cream and cake.

They enjoyed a castle-designed cake made especially for Lexie by Cakes by Louise in Hoover. Lexie’s guests were joined by Keeley Patterson, our reigning Peach Queen, dressed as Cinderella and they also enjoyed playing in the Castle Moon Walk.

The birthday celebration was topped off by her guests receiving feather boas, tiaras, princess wands and candy bags.

The young men guests enjoyed sports memorabilia such as wristbands and other treats just for them.

Lexie wore an outfit designed by her mom and made especially for the occasion. Lexie is the daughter of Josh and Holly Yeargan Deavers of Jemison.
