A well-balanced Verbena attack defeated Notasulga on Friday night, 34-12.

Four different Red Devils crossed the goal line after Notasulga took a 7-0 lead in the first quarter: Marshall McGaskin scored on a 5-yard run, Kelly Dorsett scored on a three-yard run, and quarterback Brad Boswell had touchdown passes to Brandon White and two to Austin Daniel (pictured).

McGaskin finished with 85 yards rushing on 12 carries, and Daniel tallied 164 all-purpose yards.

Boswell completed seven passes in 14 attempts for 108 yards.
