Alma Plemmons

Alma Louise Tucker Plemmons, 83, died Wednesday, Sept. 10, at her home.
Alma was a native of Chilton County and a resident of Jacksonville since 1951. She grew up in Maplesville and graduated from Isabella High School in 1943 and was retired from Save-a-Stop Inc.
She leaves behind to mourn her passing a sister, Edna Tucker; a brother, Frank Tucker; six loving children, Laura Davis, Rhonda Rochay (Hazel), Carole Campbell (Billy), Tim and Jeff Plemmons, Melissa Wilson (Jerry); 16 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren and 17 great great grandchildren and many extended family members.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 35 years, Clifton Plemmons, Sr.
Services will be held Saturday, Sept. 13, at 3 p.m. in the chapel of Fraser Funeral Home, Jacksonville, Fla. with the Rev. Anthony Pister officiating followed by interment in Mulberry Cemetery, Isabella on Monday, Sept. 15, at 11 a.m. with the Rev. David Bishop officiating.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6–8 p.m. Friday.The family is requesting donations to Mulberry Cemetery Fund, 11269 CR 15, Maplesville, AL 36750.
