Before and after: Julie McFarland donated 10 inches of her hair to Locks of Love. She is a student at LeCroy Career Technical Center in the cosmetology department. McFarland was part of a total makeover demonstration and didn’t want the hair to be disposed of, so she made the decision to donate it.
