The victim of a motorcycle crash on Aug. 7 has died.

Allen Wade Waldrop of Jemison passed away on Sunday in the hospital in Birmingham. Friends will be received tonight at Martin Funeral Home, and funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 2 p.m. at Union Springs Baptist Church.

Surviving include his wife, Donna Waldrop of Jemison; three sons, Wesley Wade Waldrop of Jemison, James Smith of Clanton, Daniel Smith of Calera; and his daughter, Wendy Leigh Waldrop of Jemison. The family is requesting no flowers, but donations can be made to the Alabama Head Injury Foundation.
