Hazel Liveoak Butler, 82, of Weogufka died Monday, Aug. 18 at her residence.
Survivors include her son, Howard and Elizabeth Butler of Weogufka; grandchildren, Josh and Jody Hicks; step grandchildren, Robert and Randy Payne.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jim Wyatt Butler and her daughter, Barbara Hicks.
Friends will be received today at Radney-Smith Funeral Home, Sylacauga from 5 until 8 p.m. Services will be held Wednesday, Aug. 20 at Radney-Smith Chapel at 1 p.m with the Rev. Leon Washborn officiating. Burial will follow in the Evergreen Cemetery, Sylacauga.
