Bertha Allen Evans, 76, of Thorsby died Wednesday, July 30, at 1626 County Road 216, Thorsby.
She was born on Friday, May 27, 1932 in Shelby, daughter of the late Oscar Allen and the late Millie Lawley.
She was a homemaker.
Surviving are husband, Cecil Evans of Thorsby; three daughters, Dianne Pickett of Thorsby, Carol (Terry) Clark of Thorsby, Tina (Mike) Atkinson of Thorsby; six grandchildren, Alan (Shannon) Pickett, Eric Pickett, Brandi (Chris) Burch, Ashley and Evan Atkinson; great-grandchildren, Justis Self, Austin and Brennan Pickett, Gavin Burch and Zackary Ross.
Friends will be received from 6-8 p.m. today, Thursday, July 31, at Martin Funeral Home.
Services will be held Friday, Aug 1, at 11 a.m. at Martin Funeral Home Chapel with officiating.
Interment will follow in Thorsby Memorial Cemetery, Thorsby.
