Leonard “Scott” Coggins, 46, of Calera, formerly of Clanton, died Thursday, July 17.
An avid hunter and fisherman, he was a self-employed contractor in Shelby County.
He was preceded in deathy by Sharon Yearber.
Survivors include his parents, Shirley and Leonard Coggins; sister, Maryland (Brad) Tracy; special niece, Jessica Yearber; three special nephews, Cory Tracy, Jeremy Yearber and Matt Tracy; and many loving uncles, aunts and cousins.
Graveside services were held July 19 at Southern Heritage Cemetery in Pelham.
