This year’s registration for Thorsby High School is set for today for all new students.

Students will be accepted from 8 a.m. until noon, and then from 1 p.m. until 4 p.m.

All new students will be required to provide residential verification before they can be accepted onto the school’s roll due to an enrollment freeze. New students will only be accepted if they have a Thorsby address or if they live on a Thorsby High School bus route.

Thorsby High School will have classroom assignments and supply lists posted at the school on July 28 for all of their elementary classes.

They will also be holding a school orientation for kindergarten through third grade on Aug. 7 at 6:30 p.m. and fourth through sixth grades at 7 p.m. in the school���s auditorium.

Grades seven through 12 will meet in the school auditorium on the first day of class where they will be given a class schedule. All students are encouraged to bring a notebook and pen or pencil to school for the first day to take notes and record individual supply lists for each class.
