Javerne Denham Lowery, 71, of Jemison died Wednesday, July 16.
She was born on Tuesday, March 23, 1937 in Dallas County.
She was a homemaker.
She was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of VFW and Avidant Reader.
Surviving are her son, Jeff (Susan D.) Lowery of Jemison; granddaughter, Lindsay Lowery of Jemison; brother, Marion B. Denham of Jemison; sister, Elizabeth Giles of Atlanta, Ga.
Friends will be received from 5-8, Friday, July 18, at Martin Funeral Home.
Services will be held Saturday, July 19, at 11 a.m. at Martin Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Paul Johnson officiating.
Interment will follow in Providence #1 Cemetery, Montevallo.
