Linda Lucille Henley, 88, of Thorsby died Saturday, July 5.

She was born on Friday, Oct. 31, 1919, in Chilton County, daughter of the late J.S. Kendrick and the late Lindy Keene.

She was a Seamstress.

Surviving are her two daughters, Mrs. Betty W. Rainey of Clanton, Mrs. Carolyn W. Vance of Thorsby; son, Mr. Ronald Earl Williams of Clanton; sister, Mrs. Lillie Short of Maplesville; six grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Mr. M.C. Henley.

Friends were received from 5-8 p.m., Sunday, July 6, at Martin Funeral Home.

Services were held Monday, July 7, at 10 a.m. at Martin Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Wayne Hughes and the Rev. Tony Smitherman officiating. Interment followed in Mt. Nebo, Clanton.
