Jeanette G. Hamilton

A loving and faithful wife and mother, Jeanette, at the age of 88, went to heaven on the wings of angels.

She was predeceased by her first husband, Elvie Ingram who was killed during WWII and her husband of 61 years, Raymond Hamilton; parents, Homer Culver and Pat Andrews; two brothers, Junior and Melvin Culver and one sister, Sue Hussey.

She is survived by her only child, Wayne Hamilton (Pat) of Clanton as well as extended family and friends.

Hamilton lived a wonderful life, traveling with her husband and friends to many destinations across the country.

She was a member of West End Baptist Church of Clanton for more than 60 years.

Visitation will be March 28 from 6-8 p.m. at Martin Funeral Home Chapel.

Graveside service will be March 29 at 1:30 p.m. at Chilton Memorial Gardens with the Rev. Daniel Wilson and the Rev. Tony Smitherman officiating.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the building fund of West End Baptist Church.
