Authorities are continuing to investigate a single-vehicle crash on County Road 49 near Mt. Pisgah United Methodist Church on Monday.

Enterprise Volunteer District Fire Chief Raymond Hudman said he was unsure how the male occupant of the vehicle overturned the car.

“It looks like he was driving south on County Road 49 and somehow the car flipped,” Hudman said.

The crash happened shortly after 1 p.m. and the driver of the vehicle was ejected from the car.

The driver was transported by ambulance to UAB after sustaining several injuries.

Alabama State Troopers will continue the investigation of the crash.
