James (Jim) Milton McGalliard Jr., 67, of Billingsley died Sunday, March 16.

He was born on Tuesday, March 4, 1947, in Alabama, son of the late James Milton McGalliard Sr. and the late Elizabeth Golson McGalliard.

He was a truck driver and a Southern gospel singer with Percy Scott & The Fishers of Men.

Surviving are his wife, Nora Ann McGalliard of Billingsley; daughter, Lynn McGalliard (Stephen) Bland of Billingsley; sons, Ryan (Shannon) McGalliard of Billingsley, Russell (Tiffany) McGalliard of Tallassee, David Box of Pelham, Perry Dunn of Prattville, John Dunn of Pelham, Derrell Gentry of Gernada, Miss., Ricky Metten of Columbus, Miss.; and six grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, James Milton McGalliard Sr. and Elizabeth Golson McGalliard.

Friends will be received from 5–8 p.m., Tuesday, March 18, at Martin Funeral Home.

Services will be held Wednesday, March 19, at 11 a.m. at Indian Grave Baptist with the Rev. Tim Scarbrough, the Rev. Soloman White and the Rev. Mike McLemore officiating.

Interment will follow in Indian Grave Cemetery in Billingsley.
