Frances Lorene Glenn, 98, of Clanton, passed away Jan. 25 at Limestone Health Center in Athens.

She was born on Jan. 24, 1916, in Marble Valley, the daughter of the late Eddie Odell Duke and the late Zonie Mae Easterling Duke.

She was a nurse aide.

Surviving are her daughters, Betty Glenn Harris (William) of Raleigh, N.C., Peggy Jo Gilliland (Robert) of Clanton; son, Jimmy Lamar Glenn (Pat) of Madison and a host of loving family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Osmond Glenn.

Friends were received from 9-11 a.m. Jan. 27 at Martin Funeral Home Chapel.

Services were held Jan. 27 at 11 a.m. at Martin Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Don Graham officiating.

Interment followed in Samaria Baptist in Clanton.
