Dorothy Faye Easterling, 69, of Deatsville, passed away on Dec. 27 at Jackson Hospital in Montgomery.

She was born in Chilton County on Sept. 8, 1944, the daughter of the late Columbus Smith and the late Carie Lovett Smith.

She was a homemaker.

She is survived by her daughter, Tammy King of Indiana; daughter, Bridget Bailey of Prattville; son, Jason Compton of Wadsworth; son, Lewis Compton of Wetumpka; 12 grandchildren; brother, Harold Smith of Clanton; brother, Bobby Smith of Selma and a sister, Bertha Mae Smith of Clanton.

No services were held.

Burial will be in the Pine Flats Methodist Cemetery in Deatsville.
