The following is an activity report of the Jemison Police Department from Oct. 30-Nov. 5:

Oct. 30
•Theft of property and criminal mischief: 300 Block of Railroad St.
•Served three arrest warrants for failure to appear in court

Oct. 31
•Receiving stolen property: 1300 Block of Alabama Highway 139 (one person arrested, property recovered)
•Theft of property: 1300 Block of County Road 152
•Failure to pay for gasoline: 24000 Block of U.S. Highway 31
•Served two arrest warrants for failure to appear in court
•One person arrested for felony theft of property and criminal mischief

Nov. 1
•Civil dispute: 11000 Block of County Road 51
•Theft of property: 25000 Block of U.S. Highway 31
•Giving false information and resisting arrest: County Road 42 (one person arrested)

Nov. 2
•Theft of property: Pine Hill Cemetery
•Domestic violence: 100 Block of Patton St. (one person arrested)

Nov. 3
•Theft of property and harassment: 1000 Block of County Road 71 (one person arrested)
•Drug evidence recovered traffic stop: U.S. Highway 31 and County Road 42 (one person arrested)

Nov. 4
•One-vehicle accident: U.S. Highway 31 at Church St. (no injuries)

Nov. 5
•Child custody incident: 100 Block of County Road 854
•Burglary and theft of property: 7000 Block of County Road 42
•Served arrest warrant for failure to appear in court
