Timothy Lee Marshall, 56, of Clanton, passed away suddenly on Sept. 9 in Coosa County.

He was born on Jan. 5, 1957, the son of the late James Leroy Marshall Sr. and Betty Ann Queen Marshall.

He was a log truck driver.

He is survived by his wife, Colleen Marshall of Clanton; son, Timmy Marshall of Clanton; daughter, Michelle Marshall of Greensboro, N.C.; daughter, Anya Marshall of Hubert, N.C.; step-daughter, Emily Acker of Clanton; step-son, Ian Acker of Clanton; five grandchildren; mother, Betty Ann Marshall of Fort Mill, S.C.; brother, James Leroy Marshall Jr. of Clanton and a sister, Teresa Keane of Mechanicsville, Md.

He is preceded in death by his father, James Leroy Marshall Sr. and brother, Steve Marshall.

Funeral services will be held on Sept. 13 at 2 p.m. from the Memorial Chapel of Ellison-Cleckler Funeral Home with Bro. Jimmie Hardee officiating.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.

Burial will follow in Martin Memorial Cemetery in Clanton.
