Calvin Jacob (CJ) Shaw, 21, of Clanton passed away on May 9 at Shelby Baptist Medical Center.

He was born on Thursday, Dec. 5, 1991 in Jefferson County, the son of J.D. Shaw and Mary Joyce Shaw.

Surviving are his father, J.D. Shaw of Clanton; brothers, Jackie Shaw of Clanton and Tony Shaw of Prattville; sister, Mary Kelley of Clanton and aunts and uncles.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Joyce Shaw and brother, Ermis Shaw.

Friends will be received from 11:30- 1 p.m. on May 11 at Sunshine Assembly of God.

Services will be held on May 11 at 1 p.m. at Sunshine Assembly of God with the Rev. Dale Collins officiating.

Interment will follow in Sunshine Assembly of God Cemetery in Clanton.
