Gladys Audrey Price 89, of Jemison, passed away on May 1, 2013, at her residence. She was born in Chilton County on March 2, 1924, the daughter of the late Napoleon Ray and the late Ivy Lowery Ray.

She was a homemaker.

She is survived by her daughter, Barbara Hayes (Mack) of Jemison; son, Greg Price (Yvonne) of Jemison; grandsons, Kenneth Hayes (Christi), Donny Hayes (Katina), Adam Price (Reba) and Jason Price; great-granddaughters, Laken Hayes, Laura Hayes and Savannah Hayes; great-grandson, Jalen Price; sister, Arleatha Price; brother, Raymond Ray and a special brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Joe and Lynn Price all of Jemison.

She is preceded in death by her husband, L.H. Price.

Visitation will be held on May 3 from 5-8 p.m. at Pates Chapel Baptist Church.

Funeral services will be held on May 4 at 11 a.m. from Pates Chapel Baptist Church with the Rev. Randall Mims officiating.

Burial will follow in Pates Chapel Baptist Cemetery in Thorsby.
