Katie Louie Wadsworth, 83, of Clanton died Friday, March 1, 2013, at Hatley Health Care in Clanton.

She was born on Monday, July 8, 1929, in Chilton County, daughter of the late Howard Reynolds and the late Bessie Leona Nix Reynolds.

Surviving are her sister, Dora Foshee of Clanton; grandsons, Dewayne Wadsworth, Tracy Wadsworth; and great-granddaughter, Michaela Wadsworth.

She was preceded in death by her son, Kenneth Wadsworth.

Friends were received from 1:30–2:30 p.m., Sunday, March 3 at Martin Funeral Home Chapel.

Services were held Sunday, March 3, at 2:30 p.m. at Martin Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Donnie Messer officiating.

Interment followed in Martin Memorial Cemetery in Clanton.
