Leslie Lucas, age 70 of Montevallo, passed away Wednesday, Aug. 29, 2012, in Alabaster.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Genie Mae Lucas, and son, Fred Hubert Lucas.

He is survived by his sons, Thomas Earl (Janice) Lucas, Roy David (Mandy) Lucas and Jerry Leslie (Donna) Lucas; brother, Lester Ossie (Muriel) Lucas; half-sister, Mary Jane Farler; numerous grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held Thursday, Aug. 30 from 6:30-8:30 p.m. at Rockco Funeral Home Montevallo. Funeral services will be held Friday, Aug. 31, at 1 p.m. at Rockco Funeral Home Chapel Montevallo with Pastor Rickey Martin officiating. Burial will follow at Salem Cemetery Montevallo.
