One injured in single-car wreck Monday

A woman was injured in a single car accident Monday, July 2 on Highway 191 and County Road 210 between Jemison and Maplesville.

The West Chilton Fire Department responded to the call between 8:30 and 9 p.m., West Chilton Fire Chief Steve Tate said.

The woman, whose identity was not available at this time, was the only person in the vehicle.

She was airlifted to UAB Hospital and is currently in stable condition.
