CCA girls win on Homecoming

Chilton Christian Academy’s girls basketball team pulled out a win Friday on Homecoming, 27-18, over Glen Iris.

Rebekah Kirkland led the Patriots with 13 points and 11 rebounds, and Alyssa Harris had six points and 12 rebounds.

The CCA boys fell, 57-49.

Chilton Christian’s girls will host the sub-state round of the state playoffs on Feb. 16. The boys travel to Brooklane (Hueytown) on Feb. 14.
