Swedish Fest Organization donates to Thorsby High School

The Thorsby Swedish Festival Organization recently made a substantial donation to Thorsby High School in the amount of $25,000 for new equipment in the school’s auditorium. The donation will go towards purchasing a new projector and one new screen for the auditorium for the benefit of its students, and also the Thorsby community.
The Thorsby Swedish Festival Organization recently obtained 501(c)3 status and has helped the City of Thorsby with projects in the past, and the group says they look forward to continuing to help the community moving forward.
