Parole denied for multiple Chilton offenders during February hearings

The Alabama Board of Pardons and Paroles held hearings on Feb. 20, 25 and 26 featuring Chilton County offenders each day that received their verdict.
First, on Feb. 20, Christopher Wayne Adams was denied parole by the board, but received a reset date of February 1, 2030. Five people spoke against Adams being granted parole during the hearing — Gus Knapp, the victim’s father, Amber Edward, the victim, Wana Davis with VOCAL, Jackie Fowler with the Attorney General’s Office and 19th Judicial Circuit Attorney CJ Robinson. No one spoke in favor of Adams being granted parole. Adams is currently serving a 30-year sentence for a Sodomy II and Violation of Sex Offender Registry arrest in Chilton County on Dec. 11, 2019. The Sodomy II charge is a 10-year sentence, and the Violation of Sex Offender Registry charge is a 20-year sentence and they are being served consecutively. Adams was also charged with Sexual Abuse I, and that six-year sentence is being served concurrently.
Adams has currently served eight years, three months and five days of his 30-year sentence with 1,108 days of jail credit included. Adams has a minimum release date of April 1, 2042 unless granted parole before that.
Also, on Feb. 20, Aaron Mitchell Headley was denied parole by the board with no one speaking in favor or against him being granted parole. Headley is currently serving a 36-month sentence for a Theft of Property I arrest in Chilton County on Aug. 21, 2024. He was also charged with Unlawful Breaking and Entering a Vehicle, Burglary III and an additional Theft of Property I arrest, all 36-month sentences, that are being served concurrently alongside the Theft of Property I sentence. Headley has currently served one year, five months and 10 days of his 36-month sentence with 332 days of jail credit included. Headley has a minimum release date of Sept. 22, 2026.
Secondly, on Feb. 25, Timothy Lee Perrin was denied parole by the board, did not receive a reset date and no one spoke in favor or against him being granted parole. Perrin is currently serving a six-year sentence for an Attempt Assault I arrest in Chilton County on July 11, 2024. Perrin was also charged with Criminal Mischief I, a six-year sentence, that is being served concurrently. Perrin has currently served 10 months and 15 days of his six-year sentence with 83 days of jail credit and 255 days of good time included. Perrin has a minimum release date of June 21, 2026.
Lastly, Joseph Andrew Williams was denied parole by the board and received a reset date of February 1, 2026. Patricia Williams, his mother, spoke in favor of parole being granted during the hearing. Williams is currently serving a 10-year sentence for a Manufacturing Controlled Substance arrest in Chilton County on Sept. 16, 2010. Williams also had 10 years added to the sentence for parole violations from previous arrests in Talladega County, making his sentence 20 years. Williams currently has served 14 years and 29 days of his 20-year sentence with 33 days of jail credit included, and he has a minimum release date of Feb. 5, 2031.
