Thorsby hosts Farm Day for students

Thorsby’s elementary students speak with a Thorsby FFA member about one of the animals on display.
Students got a chance to interact with the FFA animals including learning how to milk a cow.
Alabama Power brought a service truck out and showed Thorsby students some of the ways they serve the community.

Thorsby High School’s FFA program hosted Farm Day on April 28 to showcase some of their animals and skills to the school’s students. FFA students brought out horses and cows, and had interactive visits with the animals for the students.
