The 2022 Relay For Life Queens recently had the opportunity, honor and privilege of assisting with the Children’s Harbor Foundation/Magic Moments Foundation in helping raise money for Magic Moments. The fundraiser was a Clay Shoot at Selwood Farms. It was a beautiful and day and over 100 men and women, sponsored by many companies in Alabama, participated in the shoot. The Relay Queens assisted with welcoming the guests, registration, the shooting stations, collecting scorecards and checking on shooters and other volunteers.
This event raised around $100,000. The money raised will go to creating magic moments in the lives of children in Alabama with chronically life threatening medical conditions. The Relay Queens look forward to the opportunity in assisting with Camp Smile-A-Mile in summer 2023.
