Way of the Cross Church of God in Verbena won first place for its float in the Clanton Christmas Parade, sponsored by the Rotary Club of Chilton County.
Hatley Health Care placed second in the float contest.
The YMCA of Chilton County placed third on the float contest.
Local youth enjoy riding on their church’s float.
