As children are getting ready for school to start the 2021 Relay Queens spent time reading to children at Story Time at the Jemison Library on Aug. 4. They had so much fun reading “It’s Music Day” and “A Fish and A Frog.” The children got to play instruments and march like a band and they learned how we can be friends even if we are different. They made a craft and helped Tiny Miss and Wee Miss celebrate their birthdays with a birthday cake, chips and Capri suns for snack. The queens are thankful to Ms. Tammie and Ms. Cheryl for all they do through the Jemison Library.
