Ella Nette Guy, 88, of Clanton, Alabama passed away Jan. 22, 2021 at Shelby Baptist Medical Center in Alabaster.
She was born Nov. 15, 1932 in Chilton County , daughter of Luby “Red” Gore and Loys Gore.
She was a home economics teacher at Jemison High School for 30 years.
Surviving are her son, Steve N. (Tina) Guy; daughter, Gina (Tommy) Brackin; grandson, Nelson (Kristen) Guy; granddaughter, Ginger Soloman; great-granddaughter, Ella Solomon; and sisters:  Ann Mims and Billie Gore.
She was preceded in death by her father, Luby “Red” Gore; mother, Loys Gore; husband, Eugene N. Guy.
Friends will be received Monday, Jan. 25, 2021 from 6:30-7:30 p.m. at Martin Funeral Home.
Graveside Services will be held Tuesday, Jan. 26, 2021, at 11 a.m. at Martin Memorial Cemetery with Gary Bradley officiating.
In Lieu of Flowers the family request donations to Clanton Church of Christ, 1111 Lay Dam Rd. Clanton, AL 35045.
