Billy Singleton has won the runoff election for District 1, and Wade Watley has won the runoff election for District 2.

In District 1, Singleton received 158 votes with opponent Danny Carter receiving 133 votes.

In District 2, Watley received 232 votes with opponent Barry Baker receiving 159.

Races for these districts had not deemed a winner as none of the candidates received the required 50% plus one vote. The top two candidates in those races then went to the runoff.
