The Chilton Water Authority will close it lobby to the public at noon March 19 as a protection against the spread of coronavirus.
The drive thru will remain open Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-4 p.m. to help customers.
New Activation will only be by appointment only. Call 205-646-3300 to schedule appointments
“At this time Chilton Water Authority would like to encourage all people who have a balance and wish to pay their bills to go to the link provided on the bill to pay your bill,” according to the Chilton Water Authority website. “If that option isn’t available to you please contact our office and pay your bill over the phone. PAST DUE bills must be paid no later than 4 p.m. on March 30, 2020. Please note that if you choose to pay your bill online that it could take up to 5 business days for your payment to post to your account.”
