Jemsion parade postponed

Due to a forecast of the high probability of inclement weather Dec. 1, the Jemison Christmas Parade is postponed until Dec. 8.
The Parade starts at 11 a.m. beginning from the front parking lot of Jemison High School and Jemison Middle School proceeding south on Highway 31 to the entrance of Jemison First Baptist Church.
All other festivities associated with the Parade are also moved to the new date.
