Stokes Automotive named Silver Retailer of the Year

Stokes Automotive has been named a Silver Retailer of the Year by the Alabama Retail Association.

The association gave Stokes the Silver Award in the Annual Sales More Than $20 Million.

Owner Kirk Stokes received the award at a luncheon ceremony in Birmingham on Oct.17.

“I was real excited about it,” Stokes said. “It was a real honor.”

Stokes Automotive was nominated for the award by the Chilton County Chamber of Commerce.

This was the first year the company had been nominated for the award.

“I have 65 great employees, and I couldn’t have done it without my employees,” Stokes said.

The glass 2017 Retailer of the Year trophy is now on display in the Stokes showroom.
