Debbie Diane Powell, age 42, of Clanton, passed away Thursday, July 26 at her residence. She was born in California on Sept. 5, 1973.

She was a homemaker.

She is survived by her husband, Eric Powell of Clanton; daughter, Abigail Powell of Clanton; daughter, Emily Powell of Clanton; mother, Verna Wright of Prattville; and sister, April Hingada of Las Vegas, NV.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, July 30 at 2 p.m. from the Ellison Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Rob West officiating.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service on Saturday at the funeral home.

The family requests that everyone please wear bright colors, as these were Debbie’s wishes.
