Jemison man arrested on drug charges

A Jemison man was arrested recently on several drug charges in Autauga County.

William Arledge was arrested June 14 and booked into the Autauga Metro Jail. He made bail June 20 Recommended Site.

Arledge faces charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana first degree and possession of drug paraphernalia, according to C.J. Robinson with the district attorney’s office.

An Autauga County sheriff’s deputy responded to a complaint of an unconscious individual inside a vehicle. As a result of the encounter, which occurred off Highway 313 North in Marbury, the defendant was arrested.
