Chilton County High School’s softball earned its first victory of the season with a 6-4 win on the road against Thorsby on Monday.

Brianna Connell pitched the entire game for the Tigers, while Caitlin Burnette led the offensive effort by going 3-for-4 at the plate with two runs scored.

CCHS has a record of 1-1 in the early going and will travel to play Montevallo on Thursday.
